Richards Property Solutions, LLC dba Real Property Management Titan is an independently owned and operated franchisee of Real Property Management, established in 2021 by Tim & Kathryn Richards.

Tim is a retired agency manager with Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance in Franklin after 23 years of service.  He has been continuously insurance licensed in Tennessee since 1994 and has seen virtually anything that can happen to a property during his tenure.  His knowledge of the market from witnessing its growth and development combined with his extensive experience in risk and asset management provide real estate investors with an edge when it comes to protecting their assets.  Tim is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (A&S ’92) playing football for the Commodores from ’88 – ’91.

Kathryn began her career as an educator with the City of Hoover (AL) Schools and later as the Middle School Science Director at Franklin Road Academy in Nashville, TN until 2000.  After taking time away to raise 5 great kids, she later joined Tim in his insurance practice serving clients and training the agency’s support staff.  Her attention to detail combined with her years as a corporate trainer ensure that our team is equipped to deliver superior client service.  Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Georgia (A&S ’92) and an alumna of Alpha Gamma Delta.

Tim and Kathryn have called Williamson County, Tennessee home since 1997.  They are the proud parents of 4 daughters and 1 son…recently celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary.  Both Tim & Kathryn are natives of Columbus, GA.
